Helix Kits to be used by Clinics

The Helix version of the kit includes instructions inside the box that are designed for the clinic to register the kit ID, rather than the client. As such, the clinic will need to complete the registration on behalf of the client via the clinic portal, as clients are not able to register the kit themselves.

How to Apply Your Discount & Place Your Order

  • Please note that only one kit type may be purchased per order.
  • If you would like to purchase multiple kit types, kindly place separate orders for each kit type.

Example:

  • 10 × Helix DNA kits, Place as one order
  • 5 × Helix DNA+EPI kits, Place as a separate order
  • Supplements must be ordered separately from kits; however, multiple supplements can be included in a single order to ensure the correct discount is applied.
