The Helix kit - This version of the kit includes instructions inside the box that are designed for the clinic to register the kit ID, rather than the client. As such, the clinic will need to complete the registration on behalf of the client via the clinic portal, as clients are not able to register the kit themselves.

The MuhdoHub kit - This is the standard version of the kit includes instructions inside the box that guide users to download the MuhdoHub app and register their samples there. For this version, the registration process is completed by the user via the MuhdoHub app, and the clinician will not have access to the user’s results.
